We check at regular intervals whether and how many resources were loaded from external domains. In the worst case it can happen that the page is loaded with a delay, which should be prevented.

The web has changed a lot over the years. Instead of pure text pages, we now build complex websites with numerous pictures, videos or other resources. For a long time, the HTTP1 protocol required the use of numerous tricks to minimize requests. By switching to the HTTP2 protocol and multiplexing, you can load a much larger number of resources onto the clients as long as it comes from one domain. With foreign domains, for example when loading additional content via CDNs, the same limits exist as at HTTP1 times.
